AMC delivers its entire five year Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program to students. The educational structure fulfills all requirements established by the PMDC through its combination of basic science and clinical instruction. Students receive intense preparation throughout their studies in departments including Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pathology and Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine along with Community Medicine . Medical students undertake their clinical training at Lahore General Hospital to experience practical healthcare work in Medicine Surgery Pediatrics Obstetrics and Gynecology along with Psychiatry and other sections. UHS controls a yearly admission of 100 students who enroll through merit selection.
