DUHS offers a range of programs that are designed to address students requirements in the constantly developing healthcare industry. It provides freedom, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral education in medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy and other health related fields. But the most famous programs of the university are MBBS and BDS for which the students from all over the country apply. Furthermore it provides faculty and specializations in medical technologies, physiotherapy, and public health. I would describe its focus that is research-oriented, updated curricula so students will be ready to face professional tasks. Short courses and workshops for professional development in special areas of medicine are also conducted by the university.
