The GOVT Technical Training Centre provides a range of courses and is aimed at both those young people seeking employment as well as employees who wish to advance within their career path. These include diploma and certificate courses in automotive maintenance and technology services (AMTS), electrical, computer, welding and plumbing among others. Such programmes offer on job training with special focus on skills development in most modern workshops and laboratories. The center also provides courses in short term skills developmental training programs meant for employment. It would also suit individuals who would like to obtain special trade skills without having to attend full classes.
