DMTC also has a variety of Technical programmes that will cater for the needs of industries market within the country. Major courses are offered in areas like Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Carpentry, Computer Technology amongst others. These programs are proactively formulated with the provision of adequate theory and practical sessions with a view to preparing students for the challenge that face them in the exercise of their profession. The centre has functional workshops and laboratories for students to practice in with additional infrastructure provided to ensure that they are taught by well qualified tutors. The centre is not only geared towards giving technical education to its client but also towards the development of the community especially by engaging the Govt Technical Training Centre (DMTC).
