The scheme was proposed by Mr. Riaz Hussain Lund Balouch, Central Additional General Secretary, People’s Lawyer’s Forum Pakistan. In response thereof, the Honourable Chief Minister passed order of physibility of the college vide letter No.SO(IMP)/CMS/K-III(17)/2008/119 dated 18th Nov, 2008. The state of art building was established by the then PPP Prime Minister of Pakistan Shaheed Mohatarma Benazir Bhutto under Peoples Development Program, proposed by MNA Sher Muhammad Balouch. The college is located at Memon Goth Malir, Karachi. The College is located near the heart of an education city. This education city is home of campuses of all the prestigious institutions around the country. The scenic beauty and peaceful environment surrounding the college adds to the glory of college. Seven entry points from different highways are available for reaching to the college.
