Requires a Master's degree in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution, minimum 5 years in applied research, evaluation, or policy analysis within the development sector, survey design expertise, and knowledge of Pakistan's TVET and labor market landscape.
