The Pakistan Study Centre, University of Sindh, Jamshoro invites applications for 2 posts of Assistant Professor (Pakistan Studies) in BPS-19. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or institution (final degree completed). No prior teaching experience or publications are required at the time of application, but successful candidates will be expected to publish in HEC-recognized journals. The post is on a contract/regularized basis under the Defined Contributory Pension Scheme, with the prescribed BPS-19 pay scale plus usual allowances. Applicants must obtain the mandatory application form from the Director's office and submit it along with a detailed resume, two recent photographs, attested copies of certificates, two professional referees (not relatives), a GEC equivalence certificate (for foreign degrees), and proof of a PKR 3,000 bank challan payment, by registered post or courier only.
