International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) invites Expressions of Interest from MS/PhD students of IIUI for the position of Assistant Resident House Tutor (ARHT) in its residential hostels, for 06 months renewable based on satisfactory performance. The ARHT assists the Resident House Tutor (RHT) and is responsible for implementing decisions issued by the Provost Office and RHT. Duties include providing peer guidance to resident students, coordinating study hours, helping resolve minor interpersonal conflicts, remaining present during assigned shifts (including nights/weekends on rotation), maintaining shift logs, visitor logs and incident reports, monitoring cleanliness and facility conditions in common areas and washrooms, and helping organize hostel events, meetings, and awareness sessions. ARHTs reside in the regular PhD seat/room allotted to them within the residential hall and receive an all-inclusive monthly honorarium of Rs. 10,000/-. Biometric attendance is mandatory, and no free meal facility is provided.
