Pathways Global Education Pvt. Ltd., an international education consultancy, is hiring an Educational Counselor in Lahore. The role is a student-facing advisory position helping students gain admission to universities abroad. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations to assess academic background, aspirations, language proficiency and finances; recommending courses, universities and countries based on each student profile; assisting with document preparation, statement of purpose review, application submissions and admission tracking; preparing students for visa interviews and running pre-departure orientations; maintaining CRM records and following up with students and institutions; and counseling students and parents on procedures, timelines and costs. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Education, Counseling, Business or a related field (relevant counseling or test-prep certifications preferred); in-depth knowledge of higher education systems in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and the EU; experience with application platforms, document/SOP review, CRM tools and visa interview preparation; strong English communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
