Responsibilities include processing CoC, CNCA-related documentation, ECTN/CTN, and other destination-specific certifications; coordinating with third-party inspection agencies including SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and Cotecna; handling B/L verification, amendments, and related shipping documentation; coordinating with overseas agents, shipping lines, and inspection agencies to ensure timely certification; verifying shipment documents for compliance with destination-country requirements; and tracking applications and following up on pending approvals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a relevant field; experience in freight forwarding, shipping documentation, or certification processing; knowledge of B/L, ECTN/CTN, CoC, and international shipment documentation; strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
