Denovers, based in Karachi, is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Executive to combine organic content, distribution, and paid growth experiments. Key duties include creating and distributing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube and other channels; repurposing case studies, success stories and founder insights into content formats; running organic experiments on formats, hooks, channels and audiences; managing and optimizing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, Google and others; testing creatives, landing pages, offers and targeting; tracking KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads, demos, CPL and conversions; and working with design and go-to-market teams on new growth strategies. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years in growth, digital, or content marketing, strong copywriting skills, understanding of paid advertising platforms and marketing funnels, comfort with analytics tools, and proficient written English.
