The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), via Advertisement No. 11/2026, is recruiting 30 Intelligence Officers for the Special Branch of Punjab Police on a 2-year extendable contract (BS-14). Successful candidates may be posted anywhere in Punjab. Eligibility is either a second-division bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university plus basic computer knowledge, or 5 years of experience in the Intelligence Wing of a law-enforcement agency (post-qualification experience only). Age limit is 21-35 years, with a 5-year relaxation for men (upper limit 40) and 8-year relaxation for women (upper limit 43); transgender applicants' age/gender is taken from their CNIC. Selection includes a 100-mark, 90-minute written test (about 80% general ability, 20% basic computer studies; non-Muslim candidates receive general knowledge questions in place of Islamic Studies).
