Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is hiring a Management Associate to support its Program Design team. The role involves researching high-growth sectors and high-employment trades (either in-house or through outsourcing), designing sector-based employer-led training schemes with attention to placement, geographic, and gender spread, checking the operational viability of proposed schemes, submitting draft program documents and Terms of Reference (TORs) for new initiatives and third-party outsourcing, collecting data and preparing performance reports for donor agencies, and liaising with internal and external partners on R&D and segment analysis. Key accountabilities include the number of schemes designed and contributing to annual training targets, including a 40% women training target.
