Responsibilities include assessing students academic backgrounds, goals, destinations, and budgets to recommend suitable pathways and institutions; explaining admission requirements, deadlines, scholarships, and documentation; helping with application preparation and following up on outstanding documents and milestones; giving general guidance on visa documentation and pre-departure preparation (referring complex matters to specialists); keeping confidential student records; and coordinating with the consultancy team. Requirements: strong counselling and needs-assessment skills, ability to research international universities and admission requirements, working knowledge of overseas admissions and common study destinations, clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization across multiple cases, comfort with email and online meeting/spreadsheet tools, and self-motivation for remote work. A bachelors degree in Education, Counselling, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in student counselling or education consultancy will be considered.
