OTS and its job platform Publish Jobs are building a dedicated Private Sector Recruitment team, a new performance-driven unit that helps employers across Pakistan hire the right people. All positions are full-time and on-site in Pakistan. Salary and incentive structures are performance-linked and reviewed after a 90-day pilot. Open roles: (1) Team Lead, Private Sector Recruitment (1 post) - Bachelors degree, Masters preferred; 4-6 years in recruitment, staffing, HR services or B2B sales including 1-2 years leading a sales/recruitment team; strong negotiation, coaching and CRM/pipeline management; Rs. 100,000/month plus 2% of team revenue collected at 80% of monthly target (full 2% at 100%+), incentive of Rs. 20,000 at Rs. 1,000,000 collections. (2) Business Development Executive, Employer Recruitment (2 posts) - Bachelors degree; 1-3 years in B2B sales, telesales, recruitment or HR services; confident Urdu and professional English; Rs. 60,000/month plus uncapped 5% commission on revenue collected from employers brought in (Rs. 1,000,000 collected adds Rs. 50,000). (3) Lead Generation Executive (1 post) - Fresh graduates with strong online research and data-entry skills are welcome; comfortable with LinkedIn, job portals, Google search and Google Sheets; good written English and Urdu; up to Rs. 60,000/month (Rs. 50,000 fixed plus Rs. 5,000-10,000 KPI bonus). (4) Recruitment Executive (1 post) - Bachelors degree, ideally HR or business; 1-3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition; strong CV and phone screening skills; Rs. 60,000/month plus Rs. 5,000 per candidate placed. (5) Digital Marketing and CRM Executive (1 post) - Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field; 1-3 years hands-on Meta Ads Manager and lead-generation experience; strong Excel/Google Sheets; up to Rs. 85,000/month (Rs. 70,000 fixed plus Rs. 7,500-15,000 at target).
