MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council and who have: i) Postgraduate qualification of FCPS or MS or FRCS or Diplomat of American Board or equivalent qualification in Paediatric Plastic Surgery recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council; and ii) Registration with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council; OR MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council and who have: i) Postgraduate qualification of FCPS or MS or FRCS or Diplomat of American Board or equivalent qualification in Plastic Surgery recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council; and ii) One year post-graduation experience in Paediatric Plastic Surgery from an institute recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.
