Key responsibilities include managing programs across design, execution, monitoring, and evaluation; updating training curricula to match industry and labour market needs; conducting research, labour market analysis, skills gap assessments, and employer consultations; coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as employers, training providers, and government and donor partners; supporting digital tools and platforms including Learning Management Systems and blended learning models; tracking program performance and preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations; assisting with concept notes, proposals, budgets, and business cases; and researching emerging technologies, AI applications, and digital economy trends.
