Key responsibilities include assessing students academic backgrounds and goals and explaining study pathways and application steps; guiding institution and program selection, admission requirements and visa documentation; reviewing application materials for completeness and following up on missing information; preparing students for interviews; keeping organized records of enquiries and case progress while protecting personal information; and coordinating with colleagues and institutions to keep students informed. Requirements: counselling and consultation skills, working knowledge of international admissions and study visa documentation, clear communication, careful document review, empathy, case management, and confidentiality. A bachelor degree in counselling, business, education, social sciences or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience in student advising, international admissions or education consultancy may also be considered.
