FBISE has released its HSSC Second Annual Examination 2026 schedule, with written papers for Class 11 and Class 12 running from November 12 to December 17.
The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) Islamabad has issued the date sheet for the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Second Annual Examinations 2026, covering both Part I (Class 11) and Part II (Class 12) students, who will sit their papers during the same period.
Written examinations will run from November 12 to December 17, 2026, held in an evening session from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Candidates have been instructed to reach their examination centres by 1:30 pm.
The schedule opens with Mathematics-II on November 12, followed by Physics-I on November 13 and English-II on November 14, with the remaining subjects scheduled through mid-December.
Practical examinations for subjects that fall outside the board's Practical Based Assessment (PBA) framework will begin on December 21, 2026, after the written papers conclude. Overseas examination centres will follow the local timings already communicated to candidates there.
FBISE has reiterated its standard examination rules for this cycle: electronic devices, including mobile phones and smartwatches, are banned inside examination halls, with violations leading to cancellation of the paper. Candidates must bring their roll number slips along with original identity documents to be allowed into the centre. Students are advised to carefully verify their subject names, paper codes, and exam dates against the official date sheet published on the FBISE website.
