Pakistan's Higher Education Commission has announced the results of this year's Law Admission Test (LAT), the entry test used to screen students seeking admission to undergraduate law degree programmes across the country. The test, conducted by HEC's Education Testing Council (ETC), was held on September 6, 2026. The results were uploaded on October 16, and candidates can view their scores by logging into their registered accounts on the ETC's official portal, etc.hec.gov.pk, using the credentials they created at the time of registration. The LAT result is used by law colleges and universities across Pakistan as part of their admission criteria for undergraduate law programmes. Students who appeared in the September exam are advised to check their results on the portal and follow up with their intended institutions for the next steps in the admission process.
