The Centre for Language Teaching at International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), operating under the university's Faculty of Languages and Literature, has opened admissions for a range of short language and diploma courses, with the application deadline set for October 26, 2026. The courses on offer include a six-month English Language Diploma priced at Rs. 24,000, along with three-month and two-month English Language Certificates priced at Rs. 14,000 and Rs. 12,000 respectively. Two-month certificate courses are also available in Academic Writing, Proposal Writing, and IELTS Preparation, each costing Rs. 12,000. Beyond English, the Centre is also offering diploma and certificate courses in Urdu, Persian, and Chinese. The Urdu and Persian Language Diplomas run for six months at Rs. 24,000, with three-month certificate options at Rs. 14,000. The Chinese Language Diploma, aligned with HSK Level 2, runs for six months at Rs. 24,000, while a three-month Chinese Language Certificate aligned with HSK Level 1 costs Rs. 14,000. Current IIUI students are eligible for a 50% fee discount, while former IIUI students can avail a 25% discount on course fees. Classes will be held Monday through Thursday. Male students can choose between a 9:30–11:30 AM morning slot or a 5:00–7:00 PM evening slot, while female students can opt for the same morning slot or a 3:00–5:00 PM afternoon slot. To apply, interested candidates must contact the Centre for Language Teaching for admission and fee details. Male applicants need to collect their fee challan from the Fee Section and submit payment at the Habib Bank University Branch in H-10, Islamabad. Female applicants can collect their challan from the Female Fee Section and pay at the Allied Bank University Branch in H-10, Islamabad, or visit the Centre in Room 103, Ground Floor, Maryam Block, Women's Campus, Sector H-10, Islamabad, for further assistance.
