All nine Punjab boards announced first-year intermediate results on October 22, letting Class 11 students check scores online, by SMS, or via the gazette.

All nine Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) in Punjab announced the results of the HSSC Part-I (Class 11) First Annual Examination 2026 on Thursday, October 22, at 10:00 AM. The simultaneous announcement covered the Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, and Dera Ghazi Khan boards, meaning first-year intermediate students registered with any of these boards can now access their marks. Students have three ways to check their results. The most direct route is each board's official website, where candidates select the HSSC Part-I option and enter their roll number. Boards have also activated SMS result services, so students can text their roll number to a board-specific short code to receive their result instantly; charges for this service follow standard SMS rates. For a more detailed breakdown, boards are also publishing a downloadable result gazette in PDF form, which students can search by roll number to see their full mark sheet. Education consultants are advising students to use this result window productively by reviewing their subject-wise marks closely, since identifying weaker subjects now gives students time to address gaps before sitting the HSSC Part-II examinations next year, which will determine their final intermediate standing. Students who are unable to access board websites due to heavy traffic are being told to wait and retry, or to rely on the SMS and gazette options instead, since official sites often experience slowdowns on result day.
