The University of Karachi Alumni Association Baltimore has opened its merit-cum-need scholarship program for the 2026-2027 academic year, covering Intermediate, Bachelor and Master students at 15 Karachi institutions.
The University of Karachi Alumni Association (UKAA), Baltimore, has opened applications for its merit-cum-need scholarships for the 2026-2027 academic year, aimed at regular students enrolled at 15 designated institutions in Karachi, including the University of Karachi, NED University of Engineering and Technology, and Dow University of Health Sciences, along with several government colleges.
The scholarships are available to students in Intermediate, Bachelor and Master degree programs in the fields of Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, Medicine and Business Administration. Students enrolled on a self-finance basis are not eligible to apply.
Applications must be submitted online through the UKAA scholarship website; the association is not accepting physical applications this cycle. Applicants need to submit the required supporting documents along with their online form.
The application window opened on August 21, 2026, and will close on September 30, 2026. According to the announcement, queries about the process can be directed to Dr. Shamim A. Qureshi, Secretary of the UKAA Scholarships Selection Committee, between 11 am and 3 pm.
