University of Sargodha's Fall 2026 application window shuts at midnight on October 12, with merit lists due October 15-16 and scholarships including the Honhaar award on offer.

Applicants hoping to join the University of Sargodha for the Fall 2026 semester have only a few days left to apply, with the university's online admission portal set to close at midnight on October 12, 2026. The university opened its admissions portal on October 1 for a range of programs across four faculties. The Faculty of Agriculture is offering BS (Hons) Agriculture along with BS, MPhil, and PhD programs in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension and Rural Studies, Agronomy, and Animal Sciences. The Faculty of Sciences has openings in Botany, Earth Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics. The Faculty of Social Sciences is admitting to its Institute of Education, including BS Special Education, while the Faculty of Arts and Humanities is accepting applications for its Institute of Art and Design, Arabic Language and Literature, Information Management, Persian Language and Literature, Punjabi Language, Literature and Culture, and BS Physical Education under Sports Sciences. Candidates applying for MS, MPhil, and MSc (Hons) programs will need to appear for tests, interviews, medical checks, or sports trials on October 13, the day after applications close. A correction window for submitted forms will remain open until 4:00 PM on October 14, when the university will also display its master candidate list. The first merit list, along with lists for reserved seats, is scheduled to be released on October 15 and 16. The university is offering several forms of financial support to admitted students, including the Honhaar Scholarship and an HEC need-based scholarship. Fee waivers are available for outstanding sportspersons, and free education is offered to students with special disabilities. Students interested in applying must submit their forms through the university's official online admissions portal before the deadline, as late submissions are not expected to be entertained given the tight timeline leading into the test and merit-list schedule.
