The University of Sindh, Jamshoro, held the first phase of its pre-entry test for admission to bachelor's degree programs on October 12, after Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Fateh Muhammad Mari chaired a high-level meeting to review arrangements ahead of the test. At the meeting, held a few days before the test, conveners of the various preparation committees briefed the Vice-Chancellor on the steps taken to ensure the test would be conducted smoothly and transparently. Dr. Mari expressed satisfaction with the preparations and directed that all necessary facilities be made available to candidates on test day, including comfortable arrangements for parents accompanying their children to the test centres. Director Admissions Dr. Ayaz Keerio told the meeting that admit cards for the test had already been uploaded to candidates' registered email addresses as well as their accounts on the university's e-portal, allowing applicants to download and print them ahead of time. The meeting was also attended by the Pro-Vice Chancellor, the Registrar, and several deans, directors and committee members involved in organizing the admission process, according to university spokesperson Nadir Ali Mugheri. Aspiring students who have registered for the current admission cycle are advised to keep checking their email and the university's e-portal for test-related updates and to carry their printed admit cards to their designated test centres.
